Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy – JIQ STORE


At JIQ STORE, your satisfaction is our priority. We follow UAE consumer protection laws and offer a clear and transparent return and refund policy for our customers.

Returns – 15-Day Period (Within the UAE)

We offer all our customers in the UAE a return period of 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.

This is in line with the UAE Consumer Protection Law, which protects consumers in cases of defective or wrongly delivered goods, and as a voluntary service for other eligible returns.

Conditions for Returning an Item

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

  • Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received.

Once the return is approved, you may choose to:

  • Receive a refund, or

  • Place a new order for a different item separately.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Customized or made-to-order products unless defective.

  • Items returned without original packaging or with signs of use/damage (unless defective).

  • Items returned after the 15-day period (unless required by UAE law).

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.

  • If you have not received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at hello@jiq.store.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, you may return it following the above conditions. A new order will need to be placed separately once the return is processed.

Defective or Wrong Items

If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@jiq.store with details and images. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement as per UAE law.
